Hi Kev
I too have a Tristar 60A MPPT. The printed manual that came with my unit (bought about 15 months ago)
shows "MS-ZMAN-TSMPPT-01 v02 12/2009". This printed manual applies for the 45A and 60A models.
It has the same values in fig. 8-7 as yours, 60A to 140V input.
In the past I have downloaded two different versions of the manual for the TS-MPPT-60
one "MS-000946 v05 12/2013" has 60A cut off at 115V (manual applies for 30A, 45A and 60A models)
the other "MS-ZMAN-TSMPPT-01 v04 03/2010" has 60A cut off at 140V (manual applies for 45A and 60A models)
I suspect that recently Morningstar have changed the design of this product to allow the addition
of the 30A model. I have no idea what year my unit was produced and also wonder if it's going to be effected by the 115V max current cut-off.
The unit's website (live data) shows "TriStar-60 MPPT Controller v1.1.12
Serial #13460057 Server v5.19" How does this compare with yours?
Peter
