Tests recommendations on a wind turbine model

Postby PBGY » Thu Jun 26, 2014 3:14 am

Hello. I am new to this forum. I am currently carrying out a project on wind turbine pitch control for a model turbine in the lab. I will carry some tests of how the pitch varies per cycle and with respect to turbine height but would like to do some more tests. I shall appreciate some ideas regarding the tests I may carry out further.

Thank you

Here's hoping your experiments bear fruit..
My concern is that most are looking for an economical solution and variable pitch sounds very expensive and another mechanism to fail..

"..seemed like a good idea at the time, comes to mind..."
