Green Beer

I discovered it has been around for a while but i'd never tried it

Today I experienced what the carbon tax will do to the price of beer.

Cascade GREEN beer with 100% carbon offset

$34 a carton here in Perth and quite a tasty drop.

I started with a basically warm one which is the toughest test of any beer and I must say
although the flavour was not similar to any or my "normal" favourite beers after the first
i was just as keen for the next hence, if your taste lends itself this way.

...then this is a good beer.

I have noticed brewing companies such as Coopers are brewing with an environmental conscience these days, which is good to see :)

I reckon home brew has to be the most environmentally sound though ;)

I might turn the 25kg of Buerré Bosc pears I picked from one of our trees into some pear cider I think :D
