Another installer to be wary of....

I have recently had a new off grid 9.6kW PV system installed by "Cleanswitch" from Nerang, QLD. Whilst they have installed quality gear (schneider) and the system is up and running quite well, there have been many problems along the way.
1. Communication with Cleanswitch is almost non existent.
2. Startup/shutdown procedures stuck to the board are incomplete/erroneous.
3. No wiring diagram supplied.
4. Some second hand componets supplied as new!
5. Component labelling incomplete.
6. System documentation for warranty purposes lacking.

Perhaps the biggest shock of all to learn that the Director of the business is one infamous Mr. Tim Horvat. I was alerted to his background on another forum and his history of troubled/failed enterprises is well documented on the web.
Fortunately, to date, I am not out of pocket from the deal but I am left to complete the job at my own cost.
So, if you have been thinking of dealing with Cleanswitch, please beware. Do your research!
