Thank you all for the feedback and thoughts on our project. We definitely appreciate any information you guys give us, as looking at this from different perspectives always brings about different questions, and ultimately makes the overall project better. I just wanted to give you guys an update on our project. This morning, we went live with our Kickstarter campaign. I will post a link to the Kickstarter, and the press release we issued with it below. The Kickstarter will take 30 days, and after that, we will be diving right in to building the first prototype. This is very exciting for us, and we can't thank you all enough for all of the support and feedback.

congratulations for having a go , but i think your design would get destroyed .

When it comes to Oceans , The definition of a 100 year storm is the one that comes along 1 month after you install your infrastructure..

I am quite sure i have seen a company in the USA that has the same design you mentioned with a tethered cable creating rotational influence to a generator , except they recently won an award for it and obtained govt funding.

I dont wish to dissuade you , but i suggest more research on the wave , tidal and storm data before spending money on a prototype.

Yes I worked out the calendar thing at an early age.

Even if that poster is no longer active , other people get an answer
