Can anyone point me at links to investigate the regulatory hurdles when making application to install and operate a wave energy generator in Victoria or South Australia ?

I understand that if you set up infrastructure offshore then the regulations are massively easier compared to shore based.

We own property in locations bordering ocean that has recognised viable wave characteristics , and also have the chance to buy a 250 kW wave generator from a test lab that has a proven output.

any pointers ?
