Say g'day and tell us a little bit about yourself if you wish. If you have a wind or solar power system, big or small; flaunt its specs here!

HI Everyone,

I discovered this forum while following posts in relation to the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. I have a 2015 model and am concerned about battery degradation. I noticed there is an app named PHEV Watchdog - but apparently it only works on Android and I have an iphone. I am keen to get an iphone version of this app if possible to investigate the battery degradation.
We own a couple of premises with solar. Both return a credit despite that our main residence is used to charge the PHEV and air-conditioning is run summer and winter in both premises.

Welcome to the Energy Matters Forums Xiansheng :)

Heat seems to be the main enemy of EV batteries, it might be worth picking up a cheap Android phone just to run the app- the cost would be insignificant in relation to the cost of a new battery for the vehicle.
