Alas, no, it is already a problem at the height it is, I have no way of getting it down myself in the event it does need repair or maintenance. Plus I dont know how much it would cost to extend it. I would probably be better off spending the money on more panels and just be happy with whatever the windy mill decides to contribute. I have already told people if it stops working I am just going to paint the tower green and the blades yellow and have it as a giant sunflower sculpture. At least with panels I can have them at ground level for cleaning etc and easier to maintain with no moving parts, but also it would be a shame to not harness the windy days. We'll just have to wait and see what the future holds, funds permitting.
