Staying cool to become very costly in Qld?

If this plan gets up, it will make using a big air conditioner on a hot afternoon a very expensive proposition for some people :!: Having a large enough PV system to cover the air conditioner power use would be very beneficial. Loomberah weather and astronomy including live solar radiation intensity and UV + Gunagulla aquaponics, organic eggs and cherries

Sounds like they're trying to bring in Time of Use metering, and making it look like they're doing us a favour!
