hi

I'm on gross metering with my solar and have a em 1200 meter which was install when my solar was and was wondering if i wanted to go back to nett metering
do i need to get another meter installed

More info is needed to be able to effectively answer your question, like which retailer or DNSP area you live in.

You also might have some trouble getting approval at this point in time as no-one knows what colour rabbit the govt will pull out of it's hat after the Stage 2 of the Solar Summit. All DNSPs have put on hold all new applications (yours would be treated as a new application due to change of metering arrangement).
