Garnz - you've just posted the charges for each of your supply options ($/kWh) but not how many kWh you used for each.
Re the fridge, I agree with Gordon. Having fitted monitors to fridges it doesn't make much difference day or night. A good fridge will cycle on and off, on for about 30% of the time and off 70%. Using about 120W when on and 5-10W when "off". So using about 1kWh/day.

Thanks for your answers Benny & Jules.
I have off peak hot water and have a "net" solar system. Supplier is EA
I note that the "off peak" time is between 3.00pm to 7.00 am Mon to Friday, hence, off-peak hot water would operate between that interval.

I note that my latest bill has the usage as follows.
Home Peak ($0.538/ kWh)...............................................392.5 kWh
Home shoulder ($0.244/kWh)............................................476.5 kWh
Home OFF peak ($0.149/kWh)...........................................160.5 kWh
Home dedicated circuit (0.1118/ kWh) Off-peak Hot water????....565.5 kWh (seems high, but the cheapest rate)
Home supply charge (90 days) (98c/day)
Home interval metering (90 days) (29c/day

Solar Buy back (12.5c /kWh) ......... $38.95 Cr........................306.5kWh
NSW Gov household rebate (90 days) (64.38c /day).......$57.65 Cr (Pension?)
Current Charge.............................$436.95
Total inc GST............................................$483.90

I guess my real problem is correlating my usage with the smart meter readings at E1,E2, E3 etc.
What does Home dedicated supply cover?
RegardZ.
Sydney ~ North facing Solar 2Kw system,12 x Suntelligence - 175watt Mono panels (2 strings of 6 panels). Orion SPG-360-2KO inverter, Connected to grid - 2/06/2010.
Meter change over and "Net'" conversion 6th July 2017.

So if the dedicated circuit is your hot water you're using about 6kWh/day for hot water - quite low really so I guess only 1-2 people in the house ?
