Yes, possible, but a minimal amount of cooling is to be had with a domestic heat pump, compared with the cooling requirements for a typical house on a hot summer day.

I'm sure Tracker will be along shortly to describe his pantry cooling via HW HP exhaust experiences ;)

Agreed. But if you live somewhere where year round cooling would be of benefit then it could be worthwhile recovering this otherwise wasted energy.
