I can't see why they wouldn't display the extra registers already if it was possible. Ask them if it can be done. That is the topic being discussed (NSW meters) from the link in my previous post. They will have the peak / off peak split in the downloaded meter data to bill you.

Your extra register 07 will be for recording the usage on the time switched circuit. This performs the role of the old timer controlled 2nd disc meter. Do you have an electic hot water service/booster or heated slab?

Sounds just like what I was saying to the folk at AusGrid, and then the NSW Govt. and then the Energy Ombudsman.
I think the response went something like "Get Stuffed" :o

No one would accept that it would be helpful to be able to read the TOU totals for each day..
Perhaps they were saying .. "...and we would prefer you not to know.."
