Beat advice I can offer is to carfully check the terms and conditions relating to your credit card and you may find that you are covered in the event of having paid for something that is not supplied as promised. In that case, always pay using the card and let the bank sort it out if something goes wrong.

(No, I don't work for a credit card company or bank. It's just something that was pointed out to me a few years ago - some aspects of a purchase on credit are automatically insured depending on the bank and type of card you have).

Good point re using your credit card. I had a parcel go missing in the mail that was expensive but was paid for with my card and after ringing the card mob, I got a full refund !
