Hi davidg! thank you for the sales pitch, however that does not provide me with a solution to the bureaucratic dilemma in which I find myself immersed.

I don't know you have any solution apart from the ombudsman.
Particularly if as you say you have some sort of proof o the paperwork being submitted in time.

What option are they (however they are) trying to say you are eligible for maybe the SFIT maybe? Which whole not the PFIT is not that bad, and was available for much longer.

You could use PVoutput.org - manually and create the projections from historic data particularly if you a fair amount of it to put in, you could create as many projections as you want with it and produce reports accordingly. It may take time to do, it could do a nice job for you.

http://www.PVoutput.org It's not a spreadsheet but if you put in enough information it's projections are pretty accurate.
