commercial 99 kW - 400 kW

I have a rural property in NSW and am considering investing in up to a 400 kW solar system.

Feed in tariffs are fairly predictable and clear , but does anyone have suggestions on how to get the best return for dollars on size relative to rebates and any other factors ?

If the cutoff limit for rebates is 99 kW , are there any other factors to take advantage of to build the best sized system ?

If we build 99 kW first can we add 100 kW each year until we reach our 400 kW target or would we only be eligible for the rebate once ?

any suggestions ?

i think with your sort of size you are best to contact commercial large solar installation companies. i am sure they know much more than anybody in the forum here.
