When you connect a turbine to the grid, you sometimes get a constrained site, so you can’t export the generation capacity of the turbine to a grid. A turbine may generate 200kW, but you’re restricted to 100kW by the grid. What do you do with the extra 100? Can’t go back to the lines as exported electricity. Issue with low power factor.

Developed a Limiter system to divert the excess power into large resistors (heaters), which can be used in an alternative sustainable way – doesn’t have to go into resistors, but these must be the backup – can be used to heat a large body of water for food process or agri washing, etc – this is an entirely new product, which is specifically for a particular type of turbine (Turbine A) – can be used for others, but only developed conceptually and built for this one designed, prototyped, and tested. Ultimately it will need to be fitted for both PV and large scale Wind turbine– and devised a way of monitoring – has been approved by network operators – still being developed – Began in 2011

A company called *** does a similar thing to the limiter but on a much smaller scale < 10 kW per unit. Trialledtheir limiter, installed on 2 systems, and it was failing miserably – couldn’t resolve the issue.The system they tried to develop was of bigger scale.

They needed large scale – first prototype was quick – then they had to design to regulations, now on 3rd and 4thfor functions and regulations

Provide guarantee to the TSO that it doesn’t exceed authorised amount and allows extra to be diverted –wasn’t measuring pf online – didn’t measure power factor properly – only single phase so you needed 3 systems in the end – their system wasn’t reliable long term

Control system: measure flicker/harmonics – 1st iteration was binary switching and bad on flicker test – the competitor unit is bad on harmonics – 2nd went to sequential switching and improve PLC-based monitoring – 3rd is to get 12c point measurement rather than 4

Heater banks designed by special resistor company – short circuit and wire harness issues at high temp – 2nd resolved those – 3rd is containerised and redeveloped the heaters – 1st to solve this problem

However, I think you may have come to the wrong place with your "emergency" questions, and I'm not sure any answers that apply here would necessarily apply in Morocco. Loomberah weather and astronomy including live solar radiation intensity and UV + Gunagulla aquaponics, organic eggs and cherries

I think for this you are looking at in a way that make it too complicated however.

Does the turbine use feathering capable blades? I would expect it does for the capacity and size of the turbine.

assuming they do then the solution is right there to limit export based on applicable monitoring of export systems. The "resistors" would only be needed for short term surge support and then you need an "analogue" type export control power diversion possibly controlled by some sort of PWM at say 20khz triggering for instance using PWM control directly would cause huge harmonics through the 3 phases of the grid.
