G'day from Currarong

Say g'day and tell us a little bit about yourself if you wish. If you have a wind or solar power system, big or small; flaunt its specs here!

New here, have a 6 panel array with a ever solar 1.5kW inverter , hope one day to install more panels and a better quality inverter....I live in Currarong NSW, a place made for wind turbines but unlikely as the navy might bomb them accidentally :D

Welcome to the Energy Matters Forums Redeye :)

Does your existing system cover your energy usage? If it is working (with your spare inverter), it may be best to leave it in place and add a separate new system when you want to increase your PV production. Adding panels to face east and west may better match your output to your loads, rather than facing any new panels to the north, if you have a suitable roof space.
