Qld & Tas, are you paying to use your own PV output?

Qld & Tas, are you paying to use your own PV output?

The power utilities have moved controlled load times in SE Qld from night to the middle of the day, so now your output goes out one meter, and travels a few cm and back to your HWS through another meter, and you are being charged for it!
The same thing is happening with dual element meters in Tasmania, but TasNetworks decided it was too hard/expensive to fix the problem.

Yes they don't care, what a easy way to rip off, umm make money without lifting any particular finger or making any effort, and they wonder why the public in general dislike the electrical utilities in particular so much, dolts fools and idiots.
