Staying cool to become very costly in Qld?

If this plan gets up, it will make using a big air conditioner on a hot afternoon a very expensive proposition for some people :!: Having a large enough PV system to cover the air conditioner power use would be very beneficial.

Sounds like they're trying to bring in Time of Use metering, and making it look like they're doing us a favour!
