I will be making a photo blog of it with notes. Given its a bit of an experiment I can only post "hypothesis", methods and outcomes.

I understand if you have a high water table you may have to look at other options as then you can't have the agri pipe and condensation becomes a problem.

I am going to try an avoid condensation issues by using water as the heat exchange method, smaller pipes better contact. I am looking at using a fish tank pump (30w) to cycle the water and car radiators to act as a heat exchanger. The Condensation will occur there and beyond only. The air flow is passive, the coolant is not. As you have said the air was 24 degrees, the best outcome is 21 so its not far off at all. Better than running a 1800watt air con to achieve the same..
